Development Finance Ltd directors David Levitus and Allan Smith, were back out at West Linton on 1st November to view the show home which had recently been completed and as you can see from the pictures this has been completed to an exceptionaly high standard and is a project we have been proud to put our name to.

The West Linton project is for the construction of 3 substantial detached villas set in a stunning location within commuting distance to Edinburgh. Rettie’s Estate Agents took over the marketing from McEwan Fraser in October, the property was added to Rightmove on 31st October with an open day on 20th November and we are delighted for the developer who received their first offer today which has been accepted.

The Developer had aimed to have the show home ready for Spring 2016 but the project has been met with some delays. We have continued to support the project and the Developer, and we have worked together to deal with problems as they arise. We were delighted to hear the Developer has secured their first sale today.
