Projects Supported

Since launching our Development Finance product in 2010, year on year we have tried to focus on ways that we can improve our product for our clients and the overall service we provide. We carried out some recent research and in 2015, we funded the build of over 180 homes and we are on course to break the 200 mark in 2016. This will see us deliver nearly 400 homes to the market in a 2 year period. We are tremendously proud of these figures and we would like to thank all our clients and introducers for their support over the years. We have been supporting some of our clients for over 5 years now, and it has been an exciting journey to watch our clients businesses develop over this period.

We will continue to enhance and develop our product and the service we provide our clients. If you read the press there always seems to be a negative spin on every story concerning the property market, however we have continued to develop our product through a recession and many projects we have supported have obtained pre sales in a difficult market. 2017 may shape up to be another difficult year and many projects will again no doubt fail to get off the ground however, this can be due to the project design not being suitable for the current housing market. Over the years we have worked with clients to redesign their projects to fit the current market and offer some suggestions no one had yet thought to put to the clients. Our goal is to work with our clients to maximise their profit and de-risk the project for the client and ourselves.

If you have a project that you are looking into and do not yet have funding, we would be delighted to speak with you. We work closely with our Builders and Developer clients to gain a better understanding of your project whether this is a conversion or a new build development. Taking the time to understand your project, allows us to tailor funding around your circumstances.
